Consisting of SAP evaluation and treatment, SAP program is a mandatory process required by Department of Transportation (DOT) to return to duty (RTD). We will work with you in a timely manner so that you can get cleared as soon as possible and return to work.

The state of Georgia requires all DUI offenders to complete clinical evaluations for substance abuse. Whether it is pretrial or probation, you can complete your evaluations with a state certified evaluator.

When dealing with court system/probation, you are required to complete a substance abuse evaluation. Some of the offenses include:
